DRIS AI Assistant

Delete your account

This page deletes your account for the DRIS AI Assistant app (developer: DRIS Labs LLC) and everything stored under it. It runs immediately and cannot be undone.

Last updated August 23, 2026

Delete it now

Confirm it's your account and DRIS will delete it on the spot. You do not need to email anyone or wait for a reply.

We ask for it to prove the account is yours. It is used once, for this request, and never stored.

Can't sign in? Email dris9corporation@gmail.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

You can also do this in the app

Open the DRIS AI Assistant, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. It is the same operation this page performs.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your user account is destroyed — not deactivated, not archived. Your data lives in a per-user isolated store, so removing your account removes the store:

  • Your profile, sign-in credentials, and the login itself.
  • Every conversation with DRIS, and the long-term memories it built from them.
  • Tasks, todos, daily plans, goals, check-ins, and streaks.
  • Routines, habits, and challenges, along with their full history.
  • Notes, briefings, reflections, and anything DRIS drafted for you.
  • Health, calendar, email, and bank connections — the stored access tokens are erased, so DRIS loses all access.
  • Your permission settings, notification tokens, and the audit log of actions DRIS took on your behalf.

If you had a paid subscription, it is cancelled as part of the same request. You will not be billed again.

What we keep, and for how long

Two narrow things survive, and neither contains your content:

  • A deletion record — your user ID, the email address on the account, and the date — kept indefinitely as proof the deletion happened, so we can answer you if you ever ask whether it did.
  • Payment and invoice records held by our payment processor, Stripe, which we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). These include billing amounts and dates, not your DRIS content.

Routine server logs may briefly contain your IP address or request metadata; these roll off on their own within 30 days and are not linked back to a deleted account.

How long it takes

Immediate. The deletion completes while the request is running — there is no queue and no grace period. If you email us instead of using the form, we complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
